Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in the package selected at time of engagement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
We conduct a free Notability Audit before accepting every engagement. This audit assesses whether the Client's existing public footprint, press coverage, and citations meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines. We reserve the right to decline any engagement where we do not believe a compliant, lasting Wikipedia page is achievable.
Clients who qualify are accepted in good faith based on information provided. If material information is withheld or misrepresented during the audit, WikiFounders reserves the right to terminate the engagement without refund.

Monthly Subscription: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with written notice to info@wikifounders.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Setup Fee: The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work commences, a full refund of the setup fee will be issued.
Wikipedia Page Rejection: We conduct a thorough Notability Audit before every engagement. If a Wikipedia page is declined for editorial reasons despite our good-faith efforts, we will manage the revision and resubmission process as part of your package. We do not issue refunds on the basis of Wikipedia editorial decisions outside our control.
Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of material breach by WikiFounders.
